The Estée Lauder Companies has shared its efforts to support its employees, partners and communities who have been affected by the devastating California wildfires with Global Cosmetics News.

The US prestige beauty behemoth has donated $100,000 to support disaster recovery programs in the areas impacted by the fires, which will be allocated across the Los Angeles Fire Department Foundation, California Fire Foundation, and The American Red Cross.

Additional monetary support has been provided by LA-based brands GlamGlow and Smashbox to local and regional relief efforts and the MAC AIDS Fund, through its long-standing partner Project Angel Food, which will provide meals for families and individuals impacted by the fires

In addition, Origins will make an incremental donation to its long-standing partner, American Forests, which will support reforestation efforts in the areas currently being affected by the California wildfires.

Last, the company will be double-matching employee donations through its US Good Works program to several organizations providing relief in areas impacted.
