Englewood seeks listing on South Korea’s KOSDAQ as first step to grow Asia presence

US cosmetics developer Englewood Lab has applied to be listed on South Korea’s secondary KOSDAQ bourse, according to a report published by The Korea Herald’s Investor.

The company is due to go public in October, and will offer 3.5 million shares priced between KRW6,000 and KRW7,000.

Englewood Lab is hoping to set up a manufacturing plant in South Korea in a bid to strengthen its presence in the Asian region. Plans are also afoot to expand into the make-up sector.
