Estée Lauder teams up with Expedia in first travel-focused marketing initiative

Estée Lauder has teamed up with travel company Expedia to promote its North America Spring 2018 Gift-With-Purchase collection in what will be the first beauty/travel initiative for the cosmetics giant.

As part of the initiative the two companies will work together to offer consumers the opportunity to win a trip to one of eight exotic destinations that inspired the Estée Lauder North America Spring 2018 Gift-With-Purchase collection.

Senior Vice President, General Manager, Estée Lauder North America, Lisa Sequino, said, “We are thrilled to work with Expedia on this exciting initiative. As a brand, we are committed to creating meaningful experiences for our customers and this collaboration allows us to offer a unique opportunity combining beauty and travel.”

The competition will run until May 2018, with consumers having to purchase a product from any retail store in the US and Canada where they will receive a free gift with a purchase of $37.50 USD/48.20 CAD or more. Buyers must then share an original selfie of themselves using the promotion’s hashtag such as #flymetobali, while tagging in the two companies.
