Shoppers were asked to rate 100 of the most popular online shops based on their experiences in the last six months. Factors taken into consideration include price, product range, delivery, quality and the returns process.
Allbeauty.com received a customer score of 91 percent, compared to 87 percent for the e-tailer ranked second (Richer Sounds), and 64 and 62 percent for high-street stalwarts WH Smith and Homebase.
“We can still see a big gap between the top and bottom of the table, with people generally rating the top online shops better for their prices and range of products,” said Richard Headland, Which? Magazine Editor in Chief. “Consumers are expected to spend millions online during Black Friday this year, so we encourage shoppers to do their research and pick their deals – and where to buy – with care.”
