Bespoke hair care first: Henkel launches digital tool to allow salons to customize products on site Henkel

Henkel has announced the launch of a trio of connected tools , Schwarzkopf Professional SalonLab, which it says will ‘propel salons into the digital age’. SalonLab debuts at CES in Las Vegas this month.

SalonLab is described as the first end-to-end ecosystem of connected devices and is capable of measuring hair condition and color to provide hyper-personal products and services. It includes SalonLab Analyzer, which measures hair quality, moisture and true hair color; SalonLab Consultant App, which is designed to support hairdressers through the analysis; and SalonLab Customizer, which produces customized hair care products on site based on the gathered data.
