Kourtney, Khloe and Kim Kardashian have emerged victorious in a three-year fight against Hillair Capital Management, according to a report published by TMZ.

The private equity firm sued the reality TV stars for breach of contract back in 2016, accusing them of fraud, deceit, breach of covenant of good faith and fair dealing and negligent misrepresentation for failing to promote the Kardashian Beauty line, owned by Haven Beauty.

TMZ reports that the Kardashian sisters countered that they had nothing to do with the brand and the case went to arbitration where a panel of judges found in their favour and ordered Hillair to pay almost US$10 million. The Kardashian camp are said to be expecting an appeal.
