Kylie Jenner courts controversy with risky product names

Kylie Jenner has caused further controversy with her Kylie Cosmetics product line, with many fans taking to social media to slam the sexual names of her recently launched blush range.

With names such as Virginity, X-Rated and Barely Legal, many consumers have spoken out about the suitability of labels, given Jenner’s young audience.

Being a go-to brand for the millennials, user Girl About Toon highlighted that some of Jenner’s younger fans range from below the age of consent.

Girl About Toon wrote on Twitter, “Seriously @KylieJenner, choose better names for your products. You have 12+ year old fans! ‘Barely Legal’ ‘Virginity’” (sic).

The dispute is the latest in a range of concerns over Jenner’s products, from empty packaging to strong chemical-smelling products.
