Family-owned French dermo-cosmetics brand, Laboratories Expanscience has announced the acquisition of Babo Botanicals.
Founded in the US, Babo Botanicals is a botanically-infused mineral skin care line for babies and adults. The purchase will allow Expanscience to build on its presence in the US baby and family market; granting the company’s existing, complementary brand in the space, Mustela, a natural skin care brand for babies and new and expecting mothers, access to important US distributors such as Whole Foods.
