L’Oréal joins forces with Lazada to offer next-day delivery service in Southeast Asia

L’Oréal has announced a partnership with Southeast Asian e-commerce giant Lazada. The collaboration will allow the beauty company to offer next-day delivery to metro cities in June this year using the retailers warehouses and logistics network.

As part of the new business plan L’Oréal will also work on features such as in-app live streaming as well as launching products exclusive to Lazada – which is majority owned by Alibaba Group – customers. Alongside this the e-commerce site will also build new search features into the app to allow consumers to easily find L’Oréal products.

Pierre-Yves, L’Oréal Managing Director for Southeast Asia, said, “Lazada and L’Oreal will collaborate in many areas, from technology, sales and marketing to logistics. Lazada’s technology infrastructure, logistics network and brand engagement capabilities is the gold standard in the industry.
