L’Oréal USA has announced the appointment of Megan Grant as President, Luxe Division, succeeding Xavier Vey who has been promoted to General Manager, Western Europe zone for the Luxe Division, effective July 1.
Grant, who has been with the French beauty giant since 2002, is stepping up from her role as US Brand President for Kiehl’s. Grant’s former role will be filled by Ginny Wright who is currently Global Deputy General Manager of Ralph Lauren Fragrances.
“Vey has led the Luxe division in the US since 2016 and during his tenure he innovated in ecommerce and omni-channel strategy to accelerate growth across the division. Under his leadership, L’Oréal’s fragrance portfolio became #1 in the category,” L’Oréal said in a statement.
