Ogilvy creates powerful advert for Hindustan Unilever ‘Start A Little Good’ initiative

Media agency Ogilvy has created a powerful new advert ‘The Shower’ for Hindustan Unilever’s Start A Little Good initiative, according to the Drum.

The film aims to showcase the value of water in rural villages, with a shower being taken out of a city environment and placed in Mangalaram ki Dhani – one of the driest villages in the country.

Hindustan Unilever has a number of initiatives that help to promote the rainwater harvesting and water saving, with the company also creating jobs in the remote villages as well as help set up a waste management system and recycling to prevent plastic waste disturbing the ocean.

Following the advert, the water used was given to the residents of Mangalaram ki Dhani.
