Revlon launches second LOVE IS ON Million Dollar Challenge

Revlon has announced that it will host the Revlon LOVE IS ON Million Dollar Challenge on CrowdRise.com for the second year running.

This year’s challenge promises to be bigger and better, with the competition opened up to a broader range of women’s or girls’ health causes and spanning the US and Canada.

The US make-up giant’s 2015 contest raised US$2.75 million, with Revlon adding some US$1.425 million in prize money, for a total of US$4.18 million.

“In 2015, with a philanthropic mission of spreading love in support of women’s health, we were pleased to see so many charities embrace this powerful emotion to drive donations,” said Fabian Garcia, Revlon CEO. “This year, we have added many enhancements to the Challenge that will result in even greater success for participating charities.”

The 2016 competition will kick off on September 14, and applications are now open to charities on the Crowd Rise site.
