Unilever champions gender diversity with campaign featuring transgender couples

Unilever has appointed its first transgender couple as part of its All Things Hair campaign, according to a report by Campaign Live.

The All Things Hair online hub provides tips and tutorials, with transgender couple Jake and Hannah Graf explaining the importance hair played in their transition.

Created by Green Park Content, the campaign was launched ahead of Pride month to help Unilever’s drive to bolster awareness of the LGBT+ community.

Jeanette Nkwate, Chief Content Officer at All Things Hair UK, said, “We’re really excited about the launch of our ‘Real hair stories’ series. We think it’s a great opportunity to give people that aren’t normally heard in the media a voice and a space to speak about their truth and journeys.”
